We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for an SEO Specialist who can elevate our online presence, drive organic growth, and help us reach learners worldwide.

Role Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that enhance search rankings, improve website traffic, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and hands-on experience with technical and content SEO.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to support content and marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize website copy, landing pages, and blog content for search visibility.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and site health metrics.

3. Technical SEO

  • Perform regular site audits to ensure proper indexing, crawlability, and site architecture.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues (page speed, structured data, mobile optimization, etc.).
  • Implement schema markup and other advanced optimization techniques.

4. Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
  • Provide guidelines for keyword integration, internal linking, and SEO best practices.
  • Ensure content aligns with user intent and brand messaging.

5. Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Manage outreach activities and partnerships for quality backlinks.
  • Monitor backlink profile health and disavow toxic links when needed.

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven SEO experience, ideally in the education or tech industry.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, LMS platforms).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and technical website structures.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and user experience principles.
