Answer queries related to courses, timings, fees, and other relevant details. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up with potential leads. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide exceptional service. Achieve monthly targets and assist the team in increasing enrollments. Requirements: Fresher or Experienced candidates with a strong interest in telecalling. Fluent in Hindi (both speaking and writing) with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Ready to work hard and contribute to the growth of the institute. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
