Key Responsibilities Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for online coaching classes ( primary responsibility ). Create social media creatives (posts, stories, banners) for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc. Design course posters, launch creatives, and promotional banners . Design book covers, PDFs, and educational material creatives . Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Collaborate with the academic and marketing team for content planning. Deliver designs within strict timelines suitable for daily class uploads. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in YouTube thumbnail design (education niche preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory). Working knowledge of Illustrator / Canva (added advantage). Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout . Ability to design high CTR thumbnails . Experience in online education / coaching industry is a plus. Basic understanding of social media trends .
