Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for online coaching classes (primary responsibility).
Create social media creatives (posts, stories, banners) for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.
Design course posters, launch creatives, and promotional banners.
Design book covers, PDFs, and educational material creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Collaborate with the academic and marketing team for content planning.
Deliver designs within strict timelines suitable for daily class uploads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in YouTube thumbnail design (education niche preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
Working knowledge of Illustrator / Canva (added advantage).
Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
Ability to design high CTR thumbnails.
Experience in online education / coaching industry is a plus.
Basic understanding of social media trends.
