Hiring For Webvio Technology Position - SEO Manager Location: Delhi Okhla Phase 3 Department: Marketing Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing Marketing Director Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to lead our organic search efforts and drive measurable results. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, increase website traffic, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives Perform regular SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engines Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented Manage link-building strategies and identify quality backlink opportunities Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices Generate monthly SEO performance reports and present findings to stakeholders Manage and mentor junior SEO team members or coordinate with external SEO agencies, as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 6+ years of proven experience in SEO (including strategy and implementation)Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and webmaster guidelines Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have: Experience with international or multilingual SEO Knowledge of local SEO practices Familiarity with CRO and content marketing What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options)Opportunities for professional growth and learning Collaborative and supportive team culture Health and wellness benefits Interested Share your Resume at 8989480817 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
