Job Title: SEO & B2B Marketing Specialist

Location: Indore (On-site)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:


We are seeking a results-oriented and data-driven SEO & B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, generating qualified B2B leads, and managing strategic digital campaigns across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of digital execution and contribute directly to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (on-page and off-page).
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan and run targeted LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Drive high-quality leads and align marketing efforts with the sales funnel.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3–6 years of experience in SEO and Social Media Marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with digital tools including Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
  • Ability to design, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):


  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRM/email marketing platforms.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of email marketing workflows and segmentation.
