Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage

    full-funnel performance marketing campaigns

    focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

    (Search, Display, Performance Max, LinkedIn-style targeting via Meta, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize campaigns targeting the

    UAE market

    , including keyword intent, audience behavior, and regional nuances.
  • Conduct

    in-depth keyword research

    , competitor analysis, and market research to identify high-intent opportunities.
  • Own campaign performance end-to-end: budgeting, bidding strategies, creatives coordination, landing page alignment, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve CPL, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with ICPs, buyer journeys, and revenue goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ad platform pixels.
  • Test and scale new channels and strategies;

    TikTok Ads experience is a plus

  • Proven experience as a

    Performance Marketer / Paid Media Specialist

    in a

    B2B SaaS environment

  • Hands-on expertise in

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

    for lead generation.
  • Experience running campaigns for

    UAE or GCC markets

    with budgets in

    INR and AED

    .
  • Strong command over

    keyword research

    , search intent mapping, and conversion-focused campaign structures.
  • Ability to understand and market

    technical or SaaS products

    to decision-makers and business audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong research capabilities, including competitor benchmarking and audience insights.
  • Experience with campaign reporting, performance dashboards, and optimization frameworks.
