SEO Analyst

We are looking for a **detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Analyst** to join our marketing team and drive growth through improved organic search performance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies—including on-page optimization, competitor research, and link-building initiatives. You’ll use tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Semrush to monitor performance and uncover opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research techniques, and CMS platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to implement best practices that enhance the user experience and increase website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Keyword Research

Identify high-value keywords and optimize website content to boost organic visibility and search performance.

2. Performance Analysis

Track and analyze SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush to assess website performance and user behavior.

3. On-Page Optimization

Improve meta tags, page structure, internal linking, and other on-page elements (HTML/CSS) for better search engine indexing and ranking.

4. Strategy Development

Design and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

5. Technical SEO Audits

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues that affect site health and SEO performance.

6. Algorithm Monitoring

Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain and improve rankings.

7. Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with content, development, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and SEO alignment across platforms.

8. Competitor Analysis

Analyze competitors’ SEO tactics to discover gaps and opportunities in our own SEO approach.

9. Reporting & Insights

Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
