About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead strategic transactions end-to-end—originating opportunities, driving commercial and financial evaluation, leading due diligence, and ensuring seamless integration. This role will work closely with leadership to shape long-term growth through acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify acquisition targets, conduct market and financial analysis, and build valuation models.
- Due Diligence & Execution: Lead end-to-end due diligence across functions, coordinate with advisors, and support negotiations and deal documentation.
- Strategic Projects: Evaluate partnerships, investments, and new business/market expansion opportunities.
- Post-Merger Integration: Develop integration plans, track synergies, and ensure smooth operational and financial integration.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Prepare investment memos and board presentations, collaborate with business leaders, and support strategic decision-making
