Senior Vice President, Global Revenue Cycle Management
in
India
.As the Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Cycle Management, you will lead a high-impact organization that oversees end-to-end billing operations, collections, and automation across global teams. You'll have full P&L ownership of a 150+ person department and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, optimize cash flow, and elevate client satisfaction. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing process automation, enhancing compliance, and scaling performance across internal teams and BPO partners—all while working in a remote-first environment that values excellence, continuous learning, and strong teamwork.
Accountabilities:
- Own full P&L responsibilities for internal analysts and BPO vendors, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and performance targets
- Lead automation initiatives—such as RPA, AI denial prediction, and payer API integrations—by building ROI cases and executing quarterly sprints
- Oversee the implementation and tracking of KPIs including Net Collections, Denial Rate, DSO, and Cost-to-Collect via Power BI dashboards
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by scaling and mentoring teams across billing, coding, collections, and analytics
- Drive compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and SOC-2 standards while maintaining readiness for audits and quality checks
- Align closely with Product, Finance, and Sales teams to refine the RCM roadmap, forecast revenue, and ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership in high-volume (>$500M) RCM operations, including offshore BPO oversight
- Documented success reducing DSO by at least 20% and Denial Rates by 30% within 12 months
- Practical experience in product backlog prioritization or managing large-scale automation rollouts
- Expertise in healthcare compliance and coding, particularly for chiropractic, PT, and mental health services
- Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in SQL, Looker, Power BI, and modern billing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Administration required; MBA, MHA, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- A hands-on, data-driven leader who communicates with clarity, builds cross-cultural trust, and champions continuous improvement
