We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to help us take our projects – and our clients – to the next level. This isn’t just another UX job. You’ll lead end-to-end product thinking, create intuitive journeys, and champion the voice of the user in every discussion.

We're not just looking for someone to design wireframes. We're looking for someone who thinks in flows, feels in touchpoints, and builds with empathy.

• Lead user research initiatives including user interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, and field studies.
• Map user behaviors and emotional touchpoints to uncover friction and opportunity.
• Translate research into actionable insights that shape design direction, not just documentation.

• Create complex user flows, journey maps, personas, and mental models that reflect user goals and motivations.
• Architect intuitive information systems that support both the business and the end-user.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and UX strategy workshops with internal teams and clients.

• Craft wireframes, interaction patterns, and prototypes (low to high fidelity) using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with UI designers to translate UX into visually stunning interfaces.
• Ensure responsive, inclusive, and accessible designs across all device types and user contexts.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and client teams to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
• Translate complex requirements into usable designs without sacrificing elegance or utility.
• Act as a UX advocate, balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers by sharing design knowledge, giving actionable feedback, and championing best practices.
• Review design systems, audit experience consistency, and help refine internal processes.
• Stay on the pulse of emerging UX trends, behavioral science, and design tech to constantly innovate.

• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience in agency, product, or consulting environments.
• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX process, not just final screens. We want to understand how you think, not just what you’ve made.
• Deep knowledge of user research methods, usability heuristics, and prototyping.
• Fluency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, etc.) and testing platforms (Maze, UsabilityHub, etc.).
• Comfortable working in agile environments with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you make your work resonate beyond pixels.
