Senior UX Designer

Requirements

Your Purpose on the Team

• Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering a collaborative, high-performance design culture.
• Create world-class, user-centered designs informed by market research, business goals, and usability insights.
• Lead the end-to-end design process — from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with both user needs and business strategy.
  

What You'll Own & Drive

• Lead user research initiatives that drive data-informed design solutions, improving engagement and satisfaction.
• Mentor and manage a dedicated design team, fostering professional growth and creative excellence.
• Distribute and oversee design tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery across all projects.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide structured, intuitive experiences.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems that enhance usability and accessibility.
• Maintain clear UX documentation and design standards across all projects.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX vision with strategic business outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality, user-first execution.
  

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of UX design experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Proven expertise in UX strategy, user research, and usability testing.
• Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design for both web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and other leading design and prototyping tools.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design ideas and decisions effectively.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring designers, and managing end-to-end design projects
