Location: Remote (Bangalore / Mumbai preferred) Contract Position (duration to be discussed) About the Role : We are looking for a Senior UX Designer (Contract) with experience in Salesforce platforms and prior exposure to the Banking / BFSI domain. This role requires strong hands-on design execution, collaboration with clients, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, effective user experiences. The right candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to impactful projects while learning from senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Design Execution Deliver user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma. Translate BFSI business requirements into intuitive digital experiences. Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across platforms. Collaboration & Client Engagement Work closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders. Support client-facing discussions by presenting design work with clarity and rationale. Contribution to UX Practice Participate in research, workshops, and co-creation sessions. Uphold design standards and contribute to the design system. Display curiosity and proactive problem-solving in tackling user challenges. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design (B.Des), Masters degree (M.Des), or a related design certification. UX design experience with a strong UX portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects. Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar). Exposure to the Banking / BFSI sector preferred. Proficiency with Figma, MS Office Suite, Slack. Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders. A growth mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn from senior design leadership.
