Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Execution:

  Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.

• User Research:

  Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.

• Concept & Wireframing:

  Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.

• Visual Design:

  Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.

• Design System Contribution:

  Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.

• AI-Powered Design:

  Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.

• Data-Driven Iteration:

  Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.

• Design QA:

  Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.

• Advocacy:

  Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Hands-on experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in

  Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, Miro

  , and Image generation tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
• Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
