Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver user-friendly designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits for consistency.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge outputs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world design projects (web, mobile, or SaaS).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience in design systems, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
