Senior UI/UX Designer

As a passionate technologist, you will lead client engagements and be responsible for delivering complex technical projects. You will be tasked with executing all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Your role will involve conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks and create wireframes, storyboards, user personas, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Your collaboration with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements will be crucial. Furthermore, you will present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, while also establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Your qualifications for this role include having 3+ years of relevant work experience with mobile and web applications. You should possess demonstrable Graphic/Product design skills with a strong portfolio and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction are essential, along with being up-to-date with the latest web and mobile trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred. Additionally, individuals from NID (National Institute of Design) or NIFT will be considered with flexibility on work experience.
