Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences while incorporating AI-driven design thinking into our workflow. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on the latest design and AI trends. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI/UX strategy and execution for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with business objectives and user needs. - Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. - Integrate AI-driven design tools to accelerate workflows and enhance creative output. - Design user experiences that adapt and personalize based on AI/ML-driven recommendations. - Stay updated on emerging design and AI trends and bring innovative concepts into the product roadmap. - Mentor junior designers and foster a user-first design culture across teams. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in end-to-end digital product design. - Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. - Experience in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for prototyping. - Understanding of how AI/ML impacts user experience. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design concepts clearly. - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
