Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing design systems, collaborating with engineers, advocating for user needs, mentoring junior designers, and staying updated with UI/UX trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process from concept to delivery with a user-centered approach. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products. - Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs. - Advocate for user needs and design best practices throughout the product development lifecycle. - Mentor and guide junior designers. - Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a user-centered approach. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Knowledge of design systems and style guides. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.
