Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5-7 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. You will be a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Your proven track record of delivering intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences will be invaluable in this role. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products from initial concept to final implementation. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will translate business requirements and user needs into compelling design solutions. Your role will involve a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and leadership in fostering a user-centric design approach. Your responsibilities will include leading design initiatives for key products and features, guiding them through the entire design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final visual design. You will conduct comprehensive user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating research findings into actionable design insights. Developing clear information architectures, user flows, and site maps, as well as creating detailed wireframes and prototypes will be essential in defining product structure and functionality. You will design and build interactive prototypes for testing and validating design concepts with users, as well as plan and execute usability tests to analyze results and iterate on designs based on feedback. Creating high-fidelity mockups, visual designs, and design systems consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication of design rationale, and implementation of best practices in UI/UX design will also be key aspects of your role. Contributing to the development and maintenance of a robust design system, mentoring junior designers, staying current with the latest UI/UX trends, and recommending improvements to design processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Your skills and qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, 5-7 years of professional experience, a compelling online portfolio, expertise in design and prototyping tools, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, technical understanding of front-end development technologies, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, experience with animation and motion graphics, familiarity with agile development methodologies, A/B testing, accessibility standards, and enterprise-level applications will be considered advantageous in this role.,
