Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design direction of multi-service of Apps , Web, and Dashboards You II collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibiiities: UX Research &Hrategy

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and

usability tests

• Analyze user behavior and

translateinsights into design decisions

• Create user personas, journey maps,

and workflows

Key Responsibiiities: UI/UX Design

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and

high-fidelity mockups

• Create intuitive, responsive UI designs for mobile and web
• Design with accessibility and performance in mind

Key Responsibiiities: Design System &Branding

• Develop and maintain a design system and UI kit in Figma
• Ensure visual consistency across all products and features

Key Responsibiiities: Coiiaboration & Communication Responsibiiities

Work closely with product managers,developers, and stakeholders

Participate in agile sprints, reviews, and design critiques

• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams

Testing & Optimization

Conduct A/B tests and iterate designs

based on feedback

• Monitor product usage and user

feedback post-launch

implement improvements to increase usability and engagement

Required Skiiis & quaiifications

• 2—4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
• Mastery in Figma, Adobe XD,Sketch,orsimilar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile- first and web application designs
• Solid understanding of UX principles,

responsive design, accessibility

• Experience working in agile teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or

micro-interactions

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for

developer collaboration

Prior experience designing for Super Apps or multi-service platforms, and Custom Dashboards .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
