Senior UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design of user-centric and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will go beyond just design as you will also mentor a small team of designers, engage with clients, and contribute to project pitches and strategic planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. - Oversee and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maintain quality and consistency. - Act as the design lead during client meetings, presentations, and project kickoffs, effectively articulating design thinking and rationale. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and solutions. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and validate design decisions. - Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with project goals and user needs. - Ensure brand consistency by managing and evolving design systems and style guides. - Contribute UX strategy and design thinking to proposals and pitches during the pre-sales process. - Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance user experience. **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a minimum of 2 years in team leadership or design lead role. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric digital products across multiple platforms. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions and leading meetings. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe CC, etc. - Solid understanding of AI, responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UI design principles. - Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions. - Proven ability to manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality work delivery within deadlines. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilize your familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies, and showcase skills in motion design, animation, or micro-interactions.
