Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Experience: 6+ years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field Job Summary We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in user-centered design, visual design principles, and proficiency in modern design tools, with Figma experience as a must-have. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation. Stay updated on UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field. Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools is a plus. Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and WCAG accessibility standards. Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoff discussions. Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven design decisions. Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles.
