Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for our telehealth applications. You will be responsible for shaping product interfaces that simplify complex healthcare workflows and create a seamless experience for patients, providers, and administrators. Eagle eye and great creativity on designing site, the design need to be an minimalistic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver user-centered designs that meet business and compliance requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into elegant, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and usability best practices.
• Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for the user experience.
• Stay updated with design trends, healthcare UX challenges, and emerging design tools.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS, healthtech, or telehealth.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and design systems for scalable products.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure design-to-development accuracy.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design rationale.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or HIPAA-compliant product design.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for better developer collaboration.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
• Exposure to analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) for data-driven design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
