In addition, you will manage a version-controlled documentation library, conduct audits for continuous improvements, define documentation standards, and enforce style guides. Organizing scalable documentation systems and optimizing documents for searchability will also be part of your role. You will utilize tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Git, and visual aids such as diagrams and architecture maps to write, manage, and publish content efficiently. A strong understanding of technical systems, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is required, along with proficiency in Linux environments and infrastructure documentation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Technical Communication, along with 6+ years of experience in documentation, technical writing, or content management. Strong communication skills, hands-on experience with various tools, and familiarity with product-based or SaaS organizations are preferred qualifications.
