Senior Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and build innovative, scalable software solutions for leading banking and financial institutions.
• Provide technical vision and leadership, aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
• Define and drive best-in-class technical architecture, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Own the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex features, modules, and system enhancements.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluate emerging technologies to mitigate technical risks.
• Promote engineering excellence and evolve architectural practices across teams.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure alignment with architectural and organizational goals.
• Drive technical governance, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Programming Languages : Java 8 Kotlin, Golang, RxJava.
• Frameworks : Spring Boot, Spring Security.
• DevOps and Automation : GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Istio, NGINX.
• Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud.
• Performance and Testing Tools : JMeter, experience with NFR (Non-Functional Requirements) design.
  

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in modern CI/CD pipeline practices and automation.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed data systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe.
• Deep understanding of designing cost-effective, high-performance systems.
