Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with strong proficiency in Java, golang to join our dynamic engineering team in Hyderabad. As an SDE (Backend), you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Backend applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Requirements Good product-based / e-commerce background : Experience working on Product/e-commerce platforms or similar complex systems is highly preferred. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, you are driven to see people using your creation, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers. Deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture and Mastery of the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Golang, Node JS, Objective C), open-source technologies (Spring, Hibernate), and platforms (Windows, Macintosh, Linux). Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy. Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers. Experience influencing software engineers' best practices within your team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills And Qualifications B. E/B. Tech/M. E/M. Tech/Phd degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent experience, is required. Bring 8-12 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems. Strong expertise in Java and at least one of Golang or Node.js . You will be collaborating with your peers to drive the effective delivery of projects executed in India. Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers and lead the development of new cloud-based solutions impacting millions of customers worldwide.
