Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to architect and build robust, scalable backend systems that power our core products. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-impact : Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. Collaborate with architects and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability. Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members. Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis. Contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture and DevOps : Strong programming expertise in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficient with CI/CD tools and modern development workflows (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. ). Strong problem-solving and system design skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related discipline. Bring 5-9 years of software engineering and product delivery experience, with a strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems. Good To Have Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS. Exposure to performance tuning and security best practices. Familiarity with domain-driven design and distributed systems.
