Key Responsibilities:

Lead initiatives to streamline development processes, from testing practices to deployment pipelines.
Drive cross-functional engineering improvements as prioritized by the Tech Leadership team.
Identify and address gaps in developer skills, tools, and workflows.
Conduct architectural and design reviews aligned with Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture.
Collaborate with teams across Technology Operations and QA to ensure process alignment and efficiency.
Promote Agile best practices and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Mentor developers to raise standards in code quality, testing, and development processes.
Communicate initiative impact and progress effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, design, and architecture.
Proven track record of driving engineering excellence and leading change.
Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, Data Engineering, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
