This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise in talent acquisition while working with a supportive and collaborative team. You will lead and execute hiring strategies for complex and high-impact roles across Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. In this role, you will also serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our talent acquisition function. Job Location - Pune/Bangalore Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to plan workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies. Lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing for senior and niche technical roles in Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. Drive executive and leadership hiring initiatives, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping build team capability. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to improve recruitment processes and employer branding. Support the creation, documentation, and maintenance of recruitment processes, workflows, and SOPs. Manage ATS systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit), ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and user adoption. Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate regular reports to track hiring metrics and performance. Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform hiring strategies and decision-making. Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships where applicable. Support hiring for strategic non-technical and leadership roles as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have the following: \u200b Minimum 5\u20137 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting (mandatory), preferably within the IT industry, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven success in hiring for complex and senior-level roles in Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer. Excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter). A passion for technology and the ability to stay current with industry trends. Ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast-paced organization. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team. A data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
