In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for roles involving Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. You\u2019ll work closely with hiring managers and contribute to building a high-performing, future-ready workforce. Job Location: Pune/Bangalore Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles in Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. Perform headhunting for key, niche and senior-level roles. Shortlist and present top candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process. Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates as and when required. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies within the relevant ecosystems. Contribute to process improvements by analyzing recruitment data and suggesting enhancements. Support recruitment for non-technical and operational roles as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have the following: A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the IT or consulting industry. Proven, hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles specifically in Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, AI, and Cloud technologies. Working knowledge of these technologies to assess candidate fit effectively. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent communication, documentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates. A passion for technology and a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends.
