Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re building a fast-growing digital agency and looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the best talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can build hiring processes from scratch.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Write and post compelling job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.).
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role scorecards.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate test tasks, background checks, and final interviews.
• Implement structured, scalable recruitment processes.
• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout.

Must-Have (Requirements)

• 2+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in fast-growth startups or agencies.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, other platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of closing top talent quickly.

Good-to-Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience hiring for digital agencies (marketing, SEO, tech roles).
• Exposure to building recruitment funnels and using ATS tools.
• Network of candidates in marketing, sales, or tech.
• Understanding of employer branding and how to position a company to attract talent.
