Position Overview

Level 3 (L3) Windows System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Windows & Infrastructure Administration

  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot 

    Windows Server environments

     (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print services).
  • Maintain 

    virtualized environments

     (Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • Perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.

Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

  • Administer 

    O365 tenant services

     including 

    Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online

    .
  • Manage 

    Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center

    .
  • Configure and maintain 

    Intune MDM/MAM

     for endpoint security and compliance.
  • Support 

    hybrid environments

     (on-premises AD + Azure AD Connect).

SharePoint & Power Platform

  • Administer and support 

    SharePoint Online/On-Prem

    , including 

    site collections, permissions, and workflows

    .
  • Design, implement, and maintain 

    Power Automate (Flow) solutions

     for business process automation.
  • Develop 

    Power BI dashboards and reports

     integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize collaboration and reporting platforms.

Migration Projects

  • Lead and execute 

    migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure

    .
  • Perform 

    email and data migrations

     (Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems).
  • Ensure minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement 

    identity and access management (IAM)

     best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to 

    security alerts and incidents

     across O365/Azure.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).

Support & Mentorship

  • Provide 

    L3 support

     for escalated incidents and problem management.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations.
  • Mentor and guide 

    L1/L2 engineers

     in troubleshooting and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in 

    Windows Server administration

    .
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with 

    Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

    .
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP

    .
  • Expertise in 

    SharePoint Online/On-Prem

    Power BI

    , and 

    Power Automate

    .
  • Proven track record in 

    O365 / Exchange Online migrations

     and 

    SharePoint migrations

    .
  • Experience with 

    Intune, Endpoint Manager, and security tools

    .
  • Solid understanding of 

    networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancers)

    .
  • Strong scripting skills in 

    PowerShell

     for automation and administration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MS-100, MS-101, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.).
  • Experience with 

    hybrid cloud environments

    .
  • Familiarity with 

    third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, ShareGate, etc.)

    .
  • Knowledge of 

    SIEM, SOC monitoring, and advanced security tools

    .
