Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in ERP and CRM systems , combined with solid commercial insight and an accounting background . This role focuses on enhancing and streamlining business processes through the strategic use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between business requirements and technical implementation, driving process improvements and aligning system functionality with the organization’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver ERP/CRM solutions that improve operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. ERP/CRM System Management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and customer service modules. Leverage in-depth expertise in ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting and consolidation. 2. Business Requirements Analysis Collaborate across finance, operations, and commercial teams to gather, assess, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into clear functional and technical specifications for system implementation and enhancement. 3. Process Optimization Analyze and evaluate current business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement system-driven enhancements to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy. Create process documentation including SOPs and process maps to support standardization. 4. Project Leadership Lead or support Business Central implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful, timely delivery of solutions. 5. User Training and Support Deliver training sessions and create user documentation to promote effective use of Business Central. Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting related to ERP/CRM financial and operational workflows. 6. Data Management and Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and financial reports using Business Central Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial and operational data across all systems. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment of ERP/CRM capabilities with organizational goals. Support integration efforts and system testing to ensure seamless interdepartmental workflows and technology adoption. 8. Governance and Compliance Ensure all ERP/CRM processes comply with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and enforce data governance best practices within the ERP system environment. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV). Proven experience in commercial finance and accounting functions. Deep knowledge of modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Customer Service . Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is preferred. Understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting). Strong understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process documentation. Experience with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Project management and change management capabilities. Desirable Attributes: Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and sales processes.
