Job Title: Senior Inventory & Supply Chain Manager (General Manager)

Location: Jalan Complex, Domjur, Howrah

Salary: ₹1.25 Lakh – ₹1.50 Lakh per month

Experience: 10-12 years in Supply Chain Management

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Inventory & Supply Chain Manager (General Manager) to oversee and optimize our inventory, dispatch, and store-keeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Oversee the entire inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock levels, monitoring of stock movements, and minimization of discrepancies.
• Dispatch & Logistics:

Manage and optimize dispatch schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and managing logistics partners effectively.

• Store-Keeping:

Ensure smooth and efficient store-keeping processes, including proper storage, handling, and retrieval of goods.Lead and mentor a team, setting clear expectations, evaluating performance, and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the supply chain.Analyze existing processes and implement strategies for improvement to enhance overall efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure consistent product availability.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods.Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, dispatches, and other key supply chain metrics. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.Requirements:

• Experience:
• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, specifically in inventory management, dispatch, and store-keeping.
• Skills & Expertise:

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation management.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize supply chain processes.
• Educational Qualifications:
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
