Job Title: Production Manager Location: CR Avenue, Kolkata Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Bonus: 2-month bonus annually Benefits: No PF/ESI Industry: Textile / Garment Export About Us: We are growing textile export company located at CR Avenue, Kolkata. We specialize in high-quality garment production for international clients and are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire garment production process from sampling to final shipment. Coordinate with merchandisers, quality control, and factory teams to ensure timely production. Monitor daily production targets and ensure quality standards are met. Manage vendor and supplier coordination related to raw materials and trims. Handle production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Maintain accurate documentation of production progress and reports. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and export timelines. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role from a textile export company . Strong knowledge of garment production, finishing, and quality control processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Should be familiar with export documentation and buyer protocols. Additional Information: Location: CR Avenue, Kolkata – Candidates residing nearby preferred. Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience.
