The Social Media Manager will be a vital voice in sharing these stories across the digital landscape, inspiring audiences worldwide. Role Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the social media strategy for Jaipur Rugs across all platforms. This role requires a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can strengthen the brands digital presence, engage audiences globally, and drive meaningful conversations that reflect the brands ethos of connecting artistry, culture, and compassion. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals. Plan monthly content calendars covering storytelling, campaigns, launches, and cultural moments. Monitor digital trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve. 2. Content Creation & Management Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and posts). Collaborate with design, content, and photography teams to maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling consistency. Ensure timely publishing and campaign execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels. 3. Community Engagement & Growth Build and nurture a strong online community that reflects Jaipur Rugs’ values and artistry. Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in an authentic and timely manner. Partner with influencers, collaborators, and digital communities to expand brand visibility. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success, engagement, and ROI. Generate monthly reports and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Optimize content and strategy based on analytics and audience behavior. 5. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with cross-functional teams — design, e-commerce, PR, and product — to align content with key brand moments. Manage agency relationships and external vendors to deliver creative excellence. Mentor junior team members and ensure process efficiency. Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media management. Strong understanding of storytelling, digital trends, and content strategy. Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) and analytics platforms. Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills. Aesthetic sense aligned with Jaipur Rugs’ artisanal and luxury brand identity.
