• Production planning, execution, and on-time dispatch
• Shop-floor control across:
• Fabrication
• Machining
• Assembly
• Electrical wiring & control panels
• Testing & readiness for site installation
• Ensuring

  zero compromise on quality

• Driving

  productivity, accountability, and cost control

• Establishing and enforcing

  SOPs, work discipline, and safety culture

• Eliminating bottlenecks and delays —

  no excuses

• Daily coordination with:
• Design & Engineering
• Purchase & Stores
• Installation & Service teams
• Building and leading a

  strong, motivated shop-floor team

• You have

  8–15+ years of solid production leadership experience

• You have worked in

  capital equipment / CNC / laser machines / welding automation / heavy machinery

• You understand

  machines, not just MIS

• You are comfortable

  leading from the shop floor

• You can take tough decisions and

  hold teams accountable

• You believe

  delivery commitment is sacred

• You are ready to be measured on

  output, quality, and timelines

Experience with Laser Cutting or Laser Welding machines will be a strong advantage.
