Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

It is mandatory to have good experience in Copper and Air Conditioning manufacturing production area.

Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Develop and implement effective production plans, including machine planning, line balancing, and daily production planning.
Manage manpower handling effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Implement kaizen initiatives to improve quality management systems (QMS) compliance.
Ensure rejection control measures are in place to minimize defects.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in Production Management with expertise in copper tube industry or similar field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (preferably in Automobile or Electrical stream).
Strong understanding of SAP software application for managing production processes.
Proven track record of implementing 5S system principles for maintaining cleanliness and organization on the shop floor.
