Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess experience in Civil and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, particularly in green field projects. They should have expertise in cost estimation for Civil and structural works, along with a deep understanding of the supplier base in the region for Medium and Large projects in these areas, such as RCC Building construction, Site development, and Steel building (PEB) construction. Additionally, the candidate should have a background in working within Supply Chain or Costing departments of Large/Medium construction companies. They should have managed sourcing procurement for the aforementioned items in large companies, specifically for Green field set-ups. Knowledge of contracts management, billing processes, and end-to-end contract management from Advance to Project closure is essential. Experience in working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies would be advantageous for this role.,
