Job Description

Role Overview: You will provide daily hands-on operational leadership to the team, driving efficiency and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all departments. Your responsibilities will include determining work requirements, allocating duties to Team Leaders and employees, and implementing and monitoring improvements to Repair Centre processes and facilities. You will minimize operational costs by analyzing and executing process improvements to achieve greater efficiency. Additionally, you will source and lead digital solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a safe work environment by leading all Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives. Monitoring and managing service levels to drive ongoing performance improvement will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide daily operational leadership to drive efficiency and quality service delivery. - Allocate duties to Team Leaders and employees. - Implement and monitor improvements to Repair Centre processes and facilities. - Analyze and execute process improvements to minimize operational costs. - Source and lead digital solutions for continuous improvement. - Ensure a safe work environment and lead WHS initiatives. - Monitor and manage service levels for performance improvement. - Manage efficient process flows in Service Repair operations. - Address performance matters and provide clear feedback and accountability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for new initiatives. - Support and educate employees on new systems and process changes. - Drive innovation and operational excellence across the Repair Services team. - Lead, coach, and mentor team members for a high-performance culture. - Ensure adherence to Quality Management System procedures and policies. - Maintain risk management and compliance oversight. - Manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure customer-centric operations. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in repair, warehousing, distribution, or logistics. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make independent decisions. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems and ERP principles. - Strong analytical and process management skills. - Technical understanding of electronic devices and repair processes. - Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles. - Understanding of BIS and EPR processes. - Qualification in Warehouse or Technical Service Centre Management. - Experience in driving continuous improvement and team engagement.
