Senior Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning & Coordination

• Oversee daily stock availability across CFAs, order status and dispatch planning.
• Manage STO creation, coordination with warehouse and tracking for all internal movements.
• Coordinate with CFA , Warehouse & Sales teams to ensure timely execution of orders and to ensure zero sales loss.

2. Commercial Supply Chain Operations

• Price list and Scheme Circular preparation and updates on monthly basis.
• Manage special scheme order creations through the month and manage month end sales closing.
• Monitor and manage near expiry stocks, returns, and prepare actionable MIS reports for sales and management.
• Handle GST posting tracking, open PGI, E-Waybill, and transactional issue resolutions.
• Ensure all non saleable inventory is managed properly and ensure promotional stock clearance as per management guidelines.

3. Logistics & CFA Management

• Supervise logistics vendor negotiation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Oversee logistics invoice processing, MIS preparations, and pickup/delivery management.
• Ensure all LRs are tracked on daily basis and any deviations against TAT is closed with vendors

4. Promotional & Special Invoicing

• End-to-end responsibility for promotional invoicing across multiple divisions.
• Coordination for one-time and field employee-related invoicing
• Ensure delivery of promotional items every month.

5. Export & Documentation

• Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders and export customers as per need.

6. Customer & Field Communication

• Act as supply chain liaison for field employees for stock availability, order processing & price list etc.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders (sales, RA, CFA, logistics).

7. Strategic Initiatives

• Support management in continuous process improvement and automation initiatives or any other strategic initiatives
