Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abroad for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, developing strategies to maintain high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and protocols. The manager will mentor and lead the QA team, conduct audits, and address areas for improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance processes, standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in developing and implementing QA strategies and conducting audits
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide QA teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Experience in the immigration or consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with QA tools and methodologies
