Regional Distribution Manager

Location:

Criteria:

Skills

Strong grasp of Indian pharma distribution & regulations
Knowledge of Zonal Distribution Network (CFA/Stockists)
Proficient in SAP (MM/SD), Excel, and data analysis
Skilled in stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive CFA KPI performances for the zone along with RDM KPIs
Ensure CFA compliances with respect to regulatory authorities and company policies
Ensure healthy Inventory management across the value chain in the zone
Be key decision maker in appointment of new stockists
Manage credit facilities to stockists to ensure healthy collection against sales
Oversee returns from the stockists to reduce returns in the zone
Be the point of contact in zone for sales team to resolve any CFA and Stockist related issues

Travel Plan:

12 to 15 days in a month
Travel would be as per company policy
