Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and expanding the distribution network within the assigned region, ensuring sales growth, channel performance, and customer satisfaction in the automobile segment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage regional distribution strategy to achieve sales targets
Appoint and monitor distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Ensure product availability, inventory planning & timely supply across the region.
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and institutional clients.
Monitor distributor performance, credit control, and payment collections

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of automobile aftermarket / spare parts distribution
Good negotiation & communication skills
Team leadership and channel management experience
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
