In-depth knowledge of site development, grading, drainage systems, and utility infrastructure design. Strong familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE, local building codes). Expertise in sustainable site development practices and green infrastructure solutions. Excellent project management skills, including experience with project scheduling software. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, and other relevant civil engineering design tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in addressing complex site challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of data center site selection criteria and infrastructure requirements is a plus. Experience with permitting processes and environmental impact assessments.
