Oracle Fusion CX Functional Implementation Consultant

Seeking an Oracle Cloud CX Consultant with 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud. The role involves leading cross functional discussions with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm, and articulate solutions and perform end to end Oracle ERP CX implementation.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Oracle CX expert: Leverage your 8+ years of ERP CX experience, specifically with ERP Cloud, to drive our projects to excellence.

2. Successful experience as an Oracle Fusion CX functional is a must. Should have done minimum 2 end to end Oracle fusion CX implementations.

3. Oracle CX Modules: Command on key modules of CX, Field service, touchpoints with CPQ and Oracle fusion.

4. Communication: Your strong verbal and written communication skills will ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications or Oracle E-Business Suite

1. Proven experience in Oracle CX and Cloud implementation projects. Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud functional on at least 2 full life cycle implementations

2. Experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: CX, Field service, CPQ

3. Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude

4. Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment

5. Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate

6. Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills

7.Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
