Role & responsibilities We are hiring a Software Engineer, She/He will be part of the Customer Success Engineering team. This Software expert position involves providing Telecom/Wireless product expertise, system integration knowledge, software design skills and troubleshooting capabilities to customers. The person will be responsible for helping to design Car OEMs and Tier 1s telematics applications, providing SW support during the entire program duration and ensuring to the customer the best performances of their applications Preferred candidate profile Desired Education, Experience and Competencies: - Knowledge in Embedded Linux, Yocto - Knowledge in telecom system (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G) and telecom specificities (VolTE/VoNR , QoS, IMS, ). - Knowledge in security and vulnerability management logic of Linux systems. - Knowledge in GNSS solution. - Knowledge in WLAN solution. - Knowledge in V2X solution. - Knowledge in Bluetooth solution. - knowledge in eCall and NGeCall solutions. Required Practical Skills : - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Very good writing and communication skills. - Analytical and debugging skills. - Good understanding of cellular technologies trend and self-train on main subject in advance. Required Behavioral Skills : - Foster and develop a positive working relationship with technical stakeholders in all involved projects. - Empathic customer support approach : listen, understand, and help customers, respectfully handling high pressure escalation situations. - Collaborative and teamwork approach.
