Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and design workload and service management infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Hands-on development of critical infrastructure components using modern technology stacks.
• Decompose complex technical problems into clear and actionable engineering tasks.
• Create and drive technical roadmaps aligned with product goals and organizational growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, fostering talent development within the engineering team.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the platform.
• Champion best practices in software architecture, design, testing, and DevOps.
• Investigate and resolve critical system issues, proactively addressing root causes and implementing preventive measures.
• Partner with other technology leaders to enable innovation and ensure that the architecture is extensible and future-ready.

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
• Strong programming expertise in Core Java, Java J2EE, and Advanced Java
• Proven experience with Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Java-based cloud development
• Strong understanding of design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
• Understanding of database performance tuning and data modeling
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

Education:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / Dual Degree in:
