We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements, managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, and providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Software License Agreements
- Product Supply Agreements
- Vendor/Supplier Contracts
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Lease Agreements
- Partnership and Collaboration Agreements
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to mitigate legal risks.
- Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools for efficient contract administration and reporting.
- Advise on dispute resolution and assist in handling litigation or arbitration matters when required.
Qualifications
- LL.B or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal roles.
- Proven experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of IPR laws and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with CLM tools and digital contract management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
