Job Description

Experience : 6 8 Years

Skills :

6-8 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field. Certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
Proficient in sourcing tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, identify trends, and improve procurement outcomes.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage large procurement budgets, control costs, and drive efficiency improvements across the sourcing function.
