Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance

Engineer with a passion for leveraging AI and machine learning to drive innovation and

efficiency in software testing. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring the

quality and reliability of our software products, utilising advanced AI-driven techniques to

optimise testing processes and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

● Test Planning and Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure
• thorough testing coverage. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and identify
• potential risks.
• Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources effectively.

● Test Execution:

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
• Utilize both manual and automated testing techniques, leveraging AI-powered
• tools for intelligent test case generation and execution.
• Identify and report defects in a clear and concise manner, tracking them through resolution.

● Test Automation:

• Design and implement automated test scripts using AI-driven test automation
• frameworks.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms for self-healing tests and predictive
• analytics.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the
• CI/CD pipeline.

● Performance Testing:

• Conduct performance testing to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize AI-powered performance testing tools to simulate real-world usage
• scenarios and identify performance issues early in the development cycle.

● Security Testing:

• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Utilize AI-driven security testing tools to automate vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.

● Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to improve product quality.
• Required Skills and Experience:

● 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing

methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

● Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, etc.) and scripting

languages (Python, Java, etc.).

● Proficiency in using testing tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.) and defect tracking systems.

● Experience in performing functional, integration, regression, performance, and

security testing.

● Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● A keen interest in AI and machine learning, with a desire to explore their

application in software testing.

● Experience with AI-driven testing tools and techniques is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
